Help can come in a variety of ways.  Yes we can show up onsite when needed.  It is to your financial benefit for us to help you remotely whenever possible.  This avoids trip charges.  We can also service you faster.  We can service you from anywhere, anytime, no matter where you are.

If you are a client, please go to the Client Links Page.

If you are not a client and need support, we will ask you to click on the Tech image in order to download a small program to provide a shared desktop support session.  Click the green Download Button and install the small program.  When your ID is displayed, give us this number and we will connect to your desktop.  The next prompt you see allows you to control whether we view or access your desktop.  It’s that easy.
