If you are not a client and need support, we will ask you to click on the Tech image in order to download a small program to provide a shared desktop support session. Click the green Download Button and install the small program. When your ID is displayed, give us this number and we will connect to your desktop. The next prompt you see allows you to control whether we view or access your desktop. It’s that easy.
